  • What you asked ChatGPT or entered on the site, if something looked wrong.

Common requests

  • Cancel Autopilot: use the billing portal or email us. Your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for.
  • Stop ChatGPT reminders: ask ChatGPT to stop watching the deadline, or email us and we’ll remove it.
  • See or delete your data: email us and we’ll respond within one month, as UK GDPR requires.
  • A problem with an engineer visit: email us with your reference and we’ll take it up with the engineer.
